I guess the Agility + PT ban would make Nair less insane, but Arbok would still be an absolute menace anyways. The Fight Button mitigates this but it doesn't help much when you know Arbok is wobbling your Pokemon to death. Partial Trapping beat me up and stole my lunch money, it should stay banned.
