Seeing how many mons have SR/Spikes/T-spikes/Sticky and how some megas/Zygarde are overpowered, the fact we got Defog and Rapid Spin back make the meta healthier. I see no point in removing these moves. I don't see the point in banning moves that are in the game either btw.
