it's spread was 4/8/24/11/15/8 not the best for a Vaporeon... but definately not the worst. plus, 60 power for HP Electric is good right.

i just bred a Wish Eevee with HP Electric 60, only thing is, it's stat IVs weren't the best.... is there a way to carry the HP over through breeding but also get better IVs on the new Eevee?
