thats a good point. To go back to tha Aggron team, i tun a Glisscor or Aerodactyle as a lead. They work well, both get bonus from sandstorm if one is put up, are fairly fast for setting up stealth rock or taunt, and can deal some good damage too.

I personally run a Jolly Aggron with a CS. The speed boost really benefits the set, and alot of people dont expect to be outran by Aggron. Using this method iv set up sweeps with head smash. Aggron also has been working out as a counter for Scizzor at the moment as well.
