Played through the whole game using the event torchic primarily, and I can probably round out the move pool. I can confirm that it follows just as it did in gen 5: Lv: 32 - quick attack 36 - blaze kick 42 - slash 49 - brave bird 59 - sky uppercut 66 - flare blitz
