Do we know whether Sliggoo has a third evo or not? If it has one, it could stall the hell out of every special sweeper with Eviolite+Hydration....

So far anything but rain has got new gadgets. This gen is getting more and more interesting :D

Seed Bomb, Icicle Crash and Ice Shard are also attacks that do not make contact. They're not that often, but still worth to mention though.

I think normal Gengar will be strong enough with its STAB-moves+focus blast in GEN6, so better use another MEGA-MON.... edit: Except it'd get shadow tag - that'd just be sick...
