I'm pretty sure Tinted Lens Bug/Poison gives at least as good (if not better, I'm not mobile right now so I can't really check) neutral coverage than Bug/Flying. Giving up sleep powder is a toss. You MAY be able to generate free turns but you have a 25% chance to get nothing and then a chance...

Tinted Lens gives SUCH good coverage, plus better stats overall and not being 4x weak to rocks makes Venomoth the overall superior option. Sleep also isn't the most reliable so it honestly could be dropped for more coverage or even substitute.
