On the Blissey set above, IMO Flamthrower/Ice Beam/Thunberbolt are completely useless on Blissey. She has crap SpA, and they can be resisted. My suggestion would be to switch it with Seismic-Toss which hits with 100 Damage every turn to every poke(minus ghosts iirc), and cannot be resisted...
