I would give it 24 speed evs to outspeed base 115s like Azelf. His defence wouldn't take much of a hit by it since claw and stone edge are still 2HKOs.

You don't really have to have a complex strategy to beat breloom IMO. Just switch to your status absorber when you predict a spore and then to a defensive fighting resist like gliscor.

There's always gyradoses assuming they use waterfall and EQ as their only attacks. Hypno is actually probably the best breloom counter in the game besides bannete, so i guess he has some use in that regard.

I use heatran on almost every team I make. He's got huge special attack, good defenses, decent speed, and amazing typing, plus he can explode on blissey. As for coolness, Smeargle. It's too bad his defenses limit his potential to set up.

That actually doesn't sound half bad on porygon. It could definitely screw brelooms and the like.
