So is there an assumption I am evading a ban? If so, can you prove it? How can you be sure and can you justify blocking everyone on campus because one person broke a rule?

I am on a University of Georgia PC and I can't connect to the main server. I get the message "Couldn't connect to server". Sometimes I play under the name "ps4td" but most of the time I don't login and use random names.
