That's not Dp's point, though. Dp is saying Samurott is superior to Seaking, since Grammarian was putting Samurott on Seaking's level. Samurott > Seaking--that's the truth, and that's what Dp's point was.

I agree. I feel as though DD isn't quite as viable as Bulk Up since the speed boost isn't going to make Scrafty into a sweeper by any means. Hi Jump Kick Bulk Up Payback Rest is probably my favorite set so far.
