Consider replacing rockslide with stone edge, and if you are using sub on feraligatr don't use life orb but instead leftovers. And also on feraligatr, tone down the attack and speed evs in favor of hp, but not too much.

Manectric would lose for sure against a Raiku, but I mean against other pokemon manectric has a wide range of coverage while Raiku does not.

Manectric should be moved up to UU. Well maybe. And while we're at it maybe Sharpedo as well.
