I think you need some stronger counters against Fairy-types like Mega-Guardevoir, Azumarill (without Kyurem or Salamence left it will have a great time harassing your team) or (to be more unorthodox) Mr. Mime with Filter against your Special Sweepers. Maybe Gengar works as a good counter for...
