Recommending Leppa Berry instead of Eject Button to give Frizy extra PP for pound; he certainly needs it. Though one wonders if Frizy will be able to use Pound for long before being forced to switch to Eruption... Also Explosion might suit him more than Eruption. I assume he'd faint afterwards.

AFAIK you have to constantly let the Battle Timer drop low for it to go down to ten seconds a turn. If you make your earlier moves without waiting too long it shouldn't drop down that far.
