This is the set i have been using and i like it so far. I see a lot of people online use Rocky Helm instead of leftovers though. Has anyone tried rocky helm at all to good success? and if you switch item does its role switch as well or is it still support/phys tank?

How do attacks that do fixed amount of damage work with resistances/weaknesses? Examples of attacks are Gyro ball/ Foul play/Seismic toss etc.

Has anyone tried Gyro ball on this guy? Its speed is only 8 higher than ferrothorn.

I still use tentacruel as a rapidspinner/knock off and it seems to still be working out well.

If you use u-turn/volt switch and the user is your last pokemon, will it leave play and return causing intimidation etc to trigger again?

Why use focus sash if you are using substitute/recover? isnt it a bit of a nombo?

Has any one tried SR heatran? To me it sounds like it would be a pretty solid lead.
