    YES! Note: This was my in game Terra, so I didn't waste any rare TM's and waste time breeding. Torterra can be finessed to a Rape Machine, but... Yeah.

    I had an attack torterra ingame. I used this set: Torterra, Brave with Leftovers. Wood Hammer Earthquake Stone Edge/ Synthesis/ Curse/ Crunch Stone Edge/ Synthesis/ Curse/ Crunch The last two slots all come down to personal preference and what you think you need most.
