Gardevoir is mega evolving for me anyway so it doesn't need trace, in case it runs into crap like Hyper Cutter or Limber. A perfectly good waste of that. Running Hyper Beam is a good idea actually.

Btw, I wouldn't go for Trace, instead Synchronize.
