Is Assault Vest Worth Mentioning?

I mentioned the work up set because that is the one i have been using for several months now and its been working out quite well. Close the thread and pass it someone more suited if that's what you guys feel, I'm not going to have much time for a while to do major changes.

I'll fix it up, most of the stuff that Sweep mentioned I haven't seen in my own experience with Ubers so most of it didn't really occur to me. And Kyogre while not liking the damage it will take from arceus has really good bulk and can generally kill the more offensive lists.

Shadow Ball is defintely a better 3rd move for Gardevoir as Focus Blast is just an all around horrible move due to inconsistancy

I've seen people running will-0-wisp and it's not bad, I'm currently using a 4 attack gardevoir but am thinking of dropping HP fire for encore or will-o-wisp

I'd like to reserve Arceus-Fairy if still possible.
