I've kind zoned out from competitive battling, and ive also gotten busy with other things. Plus, i got addicted to pokemon conquest :P so im hooked on that now. But yeah, basically not dead yet :P ill probably be swarming and "ressurected" (if you will) by the time pokemon x and y swings...

Ive been out of the pokemon world for a few months now. Is there anything significant thats happened since december? Like in terms of pokemon, smogon, and the ou metagame? All i know is up to the banning of torn t and the staying of keldeo.

I vote Joeyboy and his reflect type set. It's unique, creative, and is a great away to counter its main threats, who can be lured in easily because its.. well... Mew. Tyranitar, Scizor, and counters without super effective coverage moves will be hard pressed to really do anything to mew once it...

what i mean is someone who can set up hazards, yet spin block. but im guessing no one has that same speed, role, and access to destiny bond. thanks for the help! :)

thanks for the entry hazard responses :) how does a non scarf magnezone counter a LO scizor who can outspeed it will superpower it? ive been scared to switch my magnezone in at times when i find that the scizor is a SD set. Also, how usable is tauros in ou these days?

I do agree with you; however, there are plenty of rain counters out there. Rotom-W, Vaporeon, Celebi, Amoonguss, Ferrothorn, Kingdra, other auto- weather inducers, Virizion, Gastrodon, Lati@s, Jellicent... and the list goes on. There are also plenty of sand, hail, and sun team counters. The fun...
