Changed Skarm to Weezing to combat Hera.

I'm quite experienced with EV's, I just forgot to list the extra 4 points... I'll edit that in a sec... And Skarmory's not much of a counter, but he can take a scarfed Hera out with Brave Bird. CB Hera's a bit more difficult to deal with, but I can switch in Cress on CC and KO it with Psychic...

I used to use Weavile alot. I'd give him focus sash so he was sure to get in a Swords Dance, then procede to kill everything that opposed him. Ice Shard helped too...

Alright peoplez, I've decided to go with the countering Blissey. What nature should it be? If it has focus sash does it realy need to be Bold?
