I think it's ridiculous that having a 'high critical hit ratio' doesn't count as a secondary effect. It's definitely a secondary effect and it's definitely only has a chance of activating... what was the point of Kingler even getting this if his best move remains unchanged. >_<

Another encourage question; do 'high critical hit ratios' count as a secondary effect worthy of a boost? Example; Crabhammer. Also, does a substitute stop damage each turn from Solar Power when the sun is out, I heard a rumour it did and don't remember it ever doing this before...?

Gah... I wish high critical hits counted. Encourage Kingler with a 50% boost Crabhammer (plus the new 90% acc) looked very exciting. ;-;
