I'm not the expert on teams/movesets by any means, but it seems like those three, while being pretty damn cool looking, aren't slow enough to be Trick Room material but aren't fast enough to out-speed much of anything, so I don't know. I should let someone else answer it.

Does Synchronize work on fossil pokemon from the Mining Museum?

Are IVs and natures for fossil pokemon determined when you give the fossil to the researcher, or when you pick it up? Also, if Abomasnow and Tar come out as leads, what happens with the weather effects?

To me my voice often sounds high and weak in my head. But on recordings it's low and a little nasal. But people tell me my voice is a lot lower on the phone.

Do some light to moderate weight lifting as well, like some relatively high intensity circuit training. This works as both muscle building and cardiovascular exercise. The more you exercise, especially with weightlifting, the more your metabolism speeds up, making it doubly effective.
