Are you running your AV Frosmoth with speed or bulk EV's/nature, especially since you don't have QD?

How many levels do you have on your pokes? Mine were each about level 5, when I beat it, there were 7-8 turns remaining.

I was stuck there for the longest time too. I finally broke through after saving enough coins to get mega start, 5 extra turns and disruption delay. I used Mega Mawile, Ninetails, Aurorus, and klefki (I think).

Which Scizor's attacks would be more powerful in general; choice band or life orb with one swords dance?

Would a team built around switches and residual damage (specifically Scizor and Rotom-W using U-turn and volt switch) be viable in the battle subway?

I'm looking to make a Battle Subway team with Machamp, Offensive swords dance Scizor and Heatran. However, I only have the Quiet Eruption Heatran. Does anyone have a suggested EV spread for this Heatran, as it won't be taking advantage of TR?

I notice there hasn't been any analysis that I've seen for Regirock yet. Is that because he hasn't changed much from his NU status last gen or really added anything new other than sturdy?
