What happens when you use Frost Breath/Storm Throw on a Pokemon with Shell Armor/Battle Armor? I imagine the ability trumps the move, but does that mean Frost Breath/Storm becomes a normal base 40 move or does the attack just fail? EDIT: Nevermind. Just tested it. FB/ST just become a standard...
