    Whimsicott with 220 Speed EVs and a +Spe nature has 180 speed, which is slower than other Whimsicott but faster than Maushold, just thought that should be mentioned. Edit: Turns out there are a lot more Pokemon that can still outspeed key targets without max investment, could we get an updated...
