Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Tysm for the input! Love the team, only thing I disagree on is a suicide lead. I feel we should try use all 6 Pokemon instead of sacking one off, replacing arctozolt was ok because I felt the team relied on him and when he died I often lost because of lack of screens.
I would recommend replacing dragapult for something maybe not so limited as you only have 1 special attacker. It's fine keeping lo rilla if you use sd, magic bounce is very uncommon and if you do find it you have u-turn to pivot
Hello, Here to help :psyglad:
1. I would recommend changing rillaboom to cb if you're not running sd, as the damage boost and not taking chip is important.
2. I would use that life orb on urshifu as it has much more damage capability without having to rely on 1 move.
3. I would use a defensive...
If ninetales gets lost, go into arctozolt and sweep until hail goes, then you can go into another Mon to finish the team, to keep ninetales alive you have a veil and hypnosis I've changed the team a bit and it's been working well, here's the updated version https://pokepast.es/75b52d6fa56de74d...
Hail is useful as it makes opposing weather swap, buying you time.
I could use fini but we already have swampert so 2 water defensive mons isn’t great, but it could work
My team does have trouble with switches, if this is an issue, lead with ninetales and veil up and give it light clay. This will make the team bulkier, can swap in and out without trouble and if you don’t need 8 hail turns it can help with any threat
I barely see kartana and it almost never switches in thanks to cinderaces presence, it can be a problem but mostly they fun a choiced item and swap so you can predict this with your own weather/terrain
To use a normal gif use :pokemon: (well instead of Pokemon put the Pokemon) for a moving sprite put the region for example :sm/pokemon: for sun and moon moving sprite and :ss/pokemon: for a sword and shield moving sprite
Hello everyone, I have recently been experimenting with different strategies and I found one that I like alot, most teams went equipped to deal with several threats at once such as hail and electric terrain, let alone screens and sr. I've been trying this team out for a bit and here's what I...
Nice team, however I feel utility cinderace would be better to better deal with hazard weakness, or maybe replace rillaboom with bulk up urshifu? I’m not sure if this would help but it would add some bulk and utility to your team.
I understand, however it's a more offensive build and works if you need to counter glass cannons or other weather's but the original is better if you don't find trouble by glass cannons or rain
