    I haven't personally tried, but I don't think I would. It cant hit 350 Speed, so you still lose to really fast stuff, and you lose tons of attacking power and only limit yourself to one move. Also, it takes a huge toll on your EVs, that could go into his sturdiness. It could work as a surprise...

    Basically, you wait until the Day-CAre man has an egg, and save in front of him. Take the egg, and if it has good Nature, and Ability, but bad IVs, reset and you will still have the nature and ability but different IVs. Repeat until you have good Ivs.

    Skarmory is covered by Thunderbolt. Gross and Zong are hit nearly as hard by Shadow Ball (only 20 less power) and with Fighting, you gain the ability to hit Tyranitar, Blissey, and Rhyperior harder.

    HP Fighting is better than Fire if you only need to hit Steels. But I'd stick with Ice like Obi said.
