    Pretty sure it's just Heat Wave in the Japanese version, but I imagine it's created by... blasting hot air at the opponent. Flapping wings? It gets Air Cutter, so why not?     Save your tears; the Japanese version of D/P had super-fast item scrolling too. For some reason the English version scrolling speed became a ton slower.
