Sorry, I meant I hit A to start up the game from the DS Menu at 21:24:00 which is the time I entered into the Parameter Search for the place where you put the date and time. And no, not turning it on/off in game, I mean restarting the entire process all over.

Are you using the time when you start from the DS menu, like you should be, or something else (like the time when you press Continue)? Are you leaving all your buttons alone until the Gamefreak logo? -- I can go back on the thread if you would like but just thought this may be easier. I am...

Bingo! It just worked. Yes my IV Frame was 1. Sorry, all of the RNG terminology just confuses me. but glad this was able to work out. I'm so excited!

Hi - if you don't mind me just asking you, I reposted on the RNG thread but here is what I came up with: Starting Frame is 47 so that does mean 47 Chatot Chatters, correct? Or do I have to walk 128 steps to advance the frame by +46? Just don't want to make continuous errors.
