The difference is that the pro-ban have already provided several, solid points towards why it isn't beneficial for the metagame. If we are talking about "fair", there is nothing wrong with wanting the opposite side to do the same thing.

What I have read from most of this thread is defined "counters" against SwagPlay. However, there is one key point that I am not seeing from most of the people who support SwagPlay. What benefits does it yield within the metagame by keeping it? So, sure, there are counters to it...but I have not...

I would like to confirm this. I just spent 2 hours and 30 minutes farming for Eevee eggs. The father Eevee was caught in a Great Ball, and the mother Eevee was caught in a Luxury Ball. Out of all 50 Eevees that were hatched, ALL OF THEM WERE IN LUXURY BALLS.

So, unless I am doing my math wrong, the EV Trainier automatically stops when a stat reaches 252 EVs. Not sure if that was a new mechanic introduced in B2/W2 though. Doing more testing on it right now. I will post my findings when I get back. EDIT: What Time Mage said is true. Tested EV...
