Is it just me or is Salamence still in the OU category on Showdown?

Damn, Smeargle jumped. I know about the Sticky Webs HO team that's big on the ladder, but can 1 team make a mon go from NU to OU? Also, really happy to have Gengar back in OU, guess the Levitate loss wasn't too huge.
