Although this looks good on paper, i believe we need to see a record of some sort ( rough estimates of wins and losses, nothing more ) and a threat list of which pokemon give your team trouble and how you might be able to take care of them, if you would like your team to be helpfully rated.

Hypnosis, Will-O-Wisp, Glare, Perish Song, Confuse Ray and Psycho Shift are the moves I would suggest adding to the list. They all seem like very appropriate moves for a scout, for if a pokemon gets statused, their controller will most likley want to switch, thus giving you a look at another...
