On Smogon you are not allowed to pass any stats+speed. You can either pass any combination of Atk/def/SpA/etc. OR speed.

With Z-Celebrate, is there any merit to running Jolteon over Raikou now? Your faster, hit harder than AV Raikou, and have similar defenses.

I'd recommend giving protect over leaf blade a try. A free turn of leftovers and curse damage, while preserving Roost PP.

Plenty of things can touch it, in particular scarf and priority(especially to ghost because sneak), as well as any ground types who don't get OHKOed(in the case of electric).

Why would you ever run roost on a CB set? Like, yeah, you can get a free roost up when you force a switch, but your giving your opponent all the momentum. If you really want to be able to give it a second life, just run Z-parting shot Persian-A.

Also, all the kanto starters apparently get Celebrate. +1s for EVERYONE!!!

Would like to point out that Eevee gets celebrate, so ALL eeveelutions have access to a one-time +1 to all stats. I'd say Jolteon, Sylveon, and Leafeon would benefit the most from this. And no, I'm not saying use Leafeon in OU. Please don't do that. There ARE other metas besides OU.

U-turn keeps dugtrio from ruining your life, as well as generally keeping ground types from stealing your momentum. Everything you need BB for dies without attack investment. I could definitely see HP ice over gleam, tho.

It's a trapper set, not a boosting set. Thought that would be obvious. And who the fuck tries to curse on an obvious whirlwind. In theory, this thing basically kills everything that doesn't 2HKO it if it gets trapped.
