  1. 5th Gen PRNG Help / Info - Latest: RNG Reporter 9.96.5, PPRNG 1.15.0

    New to RNG Abuse, sorry if I'm asking a stupid question, but is it normal for Timer0 to be the same for both the minimum and maximum values? I've searched for my DS's Parameters many times and I keep arriving at C7D as both the Min and Max value, wondering if this is normal lol.
