Maybe replace fini for assault vest volcanion? This will give you some more type variety and counter possible killers to pelliper and barraskewda. It seems like your team is a bit on the light side, so a strong support could maybe help. (also maybe wish on Blissey to heal him and buzzwole up?)

I've been messed a lot by speedy glass cannons like regieleki, pheremosa, blaziken, and katana. Walls like clefable and Blissey just can't seem to take it. Any alternatives? Thanks!

Ngl I hate this set, it's literally insane. Here's a great counter though. The strat here is surprise, get them to loop a rather useless move when used in succession. (Terrain, stat boosts, and guarda like reflect/light screen, etc.) So many players open up with a stat boost or a stealth rocks...

The trick here is to account for it. A solid heatran with flash fire and a rock move is a beautiful counter. You raise a good point that all teams run a fire move, but rarely more than one pokemon.
