You should try out moving the HP evs on Conk into SpDef. This helps you with special attackers a lot more than the Hp investment would. Although Hp evs give you more bulk on the physical side, you already have 2 physical walls(3 if you change Land-T to a defensive set) and nothing too dedicated...

Is there a "best" spinner/defogger for Char X? I know Exca spins the most reliably but it compounds the weakness to bulky grounds and Azumarill. Defogging isn't the best since Char X benefits a lot from rocks that give it the ability to 2 hit walls or ensure OHKO's against offensive threats.

Mega Luke should definitely be banned and I agree with Deo S being easier to handle this gen. Gene might not be banned because of often used mons this Gen being able to check it rather well (Rotom-W, Conkeldurr AV, Talonflame). Quick question: do the ladder ratings have to be on the same alt?
