This is just a crazy thought. But there is another factor here causing a problem. Duplicate leftovers. If duplicate items weren't allowed, would this be such a problem?

One of my concerns has always been "how can we get pokemon down in the NU or UU tier up to OU or even Ubers without leaving their pre-evolutions God-like while holding an Eviolite. This does it pretty nicely, IMO.
