I've found lefties Togekiss is a pretty good counter for Swagplay. It has low base attack and really nice bulk with super hard hitting special attacks (Dazzling gleam for most users: Thundrus, Sableye, Liepard, Murkrow, etc... And Flamethrower for Klefki) add roost for when your health manages...
