Rotom-W only stays in for 1-2 turns to eat a special attack, maybe burn a switch-in, and then volt switch out. Why would I want Rest/Chesto Berry on it? "don't use machamp" what's wrong with it? it's a good pokemon… I'm really not sure what to take of those suggestions...

For the Scizor, I really just wanted to find something to do with Weakness Policy, and I figured putting it on a guy with swords and a priority attack would be best.
