this seems to be a pretty solid uu team although u might want to be careful of scarfed pokemon or just generally really fast ones that might carry lum berry. garchomp is something that might cause ur team trouble but then again... what team does garchomp not cause trouble for. lol... though...

idk... stealth rock doesnt seem that important. i think one sr and one spiker should be fine. if u cant get a spikes up or a stealth rock thats fine. ur not killing ur team soley by just roaring them in and out of spikes/sr right?
