Mmmm that could be an option, because Rock Slide is weaker and 90% acc. Smeargle was in the concept of being more deffensive, but this could solve the problems of accuracy. Wide Guard is OP if you can predict, i am also thinking in King's Shield or Baby Doll Eyes for lowering attack.
