Tera Blast is also a fairly weak move. For Bolt, who is slow, struggles to make good use of it unless it's in a perfect position to use it. Most of the Dark and Fighting types die to Thunderclap anyway, and Dragons get obliterated by Draco. Defensive Tera fairy is good but imo Bolt doesn't...

Given that Lugia has lost both toxic and thunder wave, it's very vulnerable to status now, and is a tera hog too. If I were to unban anything, Lugia would be my first choice.

Pecharunt can utilize both offensive and defensive sets, both of which have different counterpart. Pecharunt is a very good pivot which creates momentum for the team. I am not sure if it's better, or even as good as Pex though.

Focus Sash for Glimmora reminds me of Focus Sash Marshadow in Ubers. Can't believe people are using focus Sash using non-leads as argument for check in a hazard heavy meta.

I completely agree that Booster Energy ban would be a massive overcorrection. Booster Energy helps at most 3-4 paradox mons consistently. It's not even used by most of the paradox mons, let alone being broken. The most problematic booster energy user is Roaring Moon, so we should be suspect...
