Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
For some reason, when I win a rated battle, the ladder doesn't seem to update. It has no problem updating when I lose though....This has happened 4 times today
Edit: Still not updating after a win...7 times today
Ladder (probably) updated, but score could not be retrieved (timeout).
Ladder...
Once you take that extra step, Lati@s will approach you automatically. You don't need to change anything about your PID advances via chatot flips. Just make sure that you've battled the trainer to the south (have him move from his tile to battle you).
If you're willing to do some trial and error first, here's a nice guide for RNGr (trial and error step is short and once you generalize it always works):

@Onicon, yeah you can RNG them. Just use Yancy's/Curtis's TID/SID in your RNGReporter/PPRNG search. Their SIDs are written in this thread somewhere...
There are tons of wandering NPCs in the amusement park area, so you will just have to be persistent with getting the right nature. tbh, it's not...
@QEDi, BW2 entralink uses standard seeds for the IVs. Use this guide by religiousjedi to get an idea of how to entralink rng in BW2 (scroll down to the bottom) http://www.smogon.com/forums/group.php?do=discuss&gmid=260213.
PM if you have any questions.
yes, start with finding a high shiny frame, then keep track of a set of chatot pitches (say 5-10) and see if you can find that set within your list of chatot pitches.
moving NPCs still have the same effect - they advance the PIDRNG. For Kyurem, something in the room is advancing the PID - I think by 6 frames? There should be no NPCs for Regirock afaik.
Edit: Ninja'd again...
You can. The guide just says that the method of trial and error is not reliable, unlike later in the game when you can get access to elm/irwin and roamers to check your delay. At this point in the game, you will just have to patiently do trial and error to see if you get your desired poke. In a...
yep, I'd just save one step before you're forced to interact with the pokes. Also this from the 4th gen guide:
The Johto and Sinnoh starters also operate similarly, but it is NOT recommended to get perfect starters this way as you have no reliable method of confirming your seed or advancing...
This question really belongs in the previous gen RNG help thread: http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52180
To answer your question, there is no way to verify. You should search for seeds on the following frames:
Chikorita - 1
Cyndaquil - 5
Totodile - 9
Know also that there is no way...
EonTimer helps if you're trying to hit a specific timer0. Here's a link to someone's "fieldwork" experience:

Also several posts on page 555 of this thread discuss this...
Yes, you're certainly welcome to try just using the results you currently have. Eventually you may hit it, but since you're using DSi XL, there's a chance (can't say exactly what since I use a DSoriginal) that another timer0 will be more common due to the hardware's wider range of timer0's...
