I agree that Mantyke is a hard stop to sun as someone who uses it myself. Best way to counter, at least synergistically seems to be Dwebble since Rock Blast will usually KO, and it can set up rocks/spikes to help Tangela get some important OHKOs(spikes for Meditite, which can tank a LO Solarbeam...
