I'm trying to decide between Dragonite and Salamence. I want to shiny chain so no DD for Salamence. Is it pointless to use Salamence without DD?

I soft reset mine and got 3131xx3131 with an Adamant nature within 3 tries and just kept it. I dont think it's worth trying it competitively without access to the 2 best physical moves though..

Ninjask is too frail for what I'm looking to do, and Blaziken is chillin in Ubers. Someone from another thread mentioned Scolipede as the only speed BP they've seen in OU. I guess any set with protect would guarantee a speed pass, right?

What is a good speed-passing Pokemon that's not named Scizor, Gliscor, or Zapdos?

Which Pokemon is/are the most sure bet(s) to Baton Pass speed? I've seen Scizor and Gliscor getting some mentions, as well as Zapdos. Any others, or are those my main OU choices?
