Toxic doesn't help vs Rain Vaporeon because of Hydration. The only way to KO it is to survive a couple Scalds (or Ice Beams), and overpower it. =\ I'll try a few different Gliscor sets, though I'm not sure about that last one - it's awfully specific. No STAB strikes me as dangerous.
