    Torterra is my favorite pokemon and I'd love to use it in UU but its weaknesses to fire and ice without a resistance to water makes it tough to switch in and set up (rock polish). Is there a way to make the tree-bearer useful, or is it forever stuck in NU until it gets a mega-evolution?
