Ok here how I always deal with Rotom-H and it works everytime say it comes in on starmie. Most thunderbolt since they dont want to be pursuited by tyranitar or scizor so I go into flygon then later on in the match say it comes in on starmie again the opponent thinking ill go into flygon again...

I just want to tweak the Zapdos ev spread Nosferalto suggested to: 252 HP / 76 Def / 180 spe. His spread does survive a +2 Extreme Speed but it doesn't account SR damage. Just a nitcpick since most has already been covered.

What about lead ape? It's the epitome of breaking the skarm bliss combo and generally does a better job of getting down stealth rock due to it's higher speed

What about a shucca tran as your lead? It can lure in bliss with a few times of swithching out on it then explode when it thinks it's safe, and I'm sure you know it destroys skarmory
