I think you're right. Corviknight in particular doesn't want this in his day.

Have you found Salt Cure useful? Or is it mostly a gimmick you could do better with Curse/Body Press?

Revival Blessing seems like you could make a case to just throw this (or Pawmot) on any team at any time for any reason and just hope for the best. Seems like the only OU strategy, but not one worth banking on. Might slip into usefulness as a common gimmick, but not useful enough overall to ever...

I don't see any real use for him in OU but I think SwordsDance/Agility with Sub would be fun enough to try. He's clearly designed with doubles in mind, which I'm sick of them giving us cool Pokemon just for VGC (especially since I can't see this one being particularly great in VGC anyway).

I am late; haven't played yet and still don't plan to test til I beat the console game first. But it feels like Bulk Up and Scarf have completely different roles and that Scarf definitely has viable usage? Maybe only in lower ladder play, not sure.

I'm surprised more people not going with the obvious Choice Scarf route, especially since Flip Turn is here. A base 100 speed is certainly not bad, but it's not good enough to sweep, meanwhile the 160 Attack stat is enough to punch plenty of holes as is. I haven't tried it at all yet myself, but...

It's odd how often you consider Attract when mentioning sets for Pokemon. Also, Soak/Freeze Dry is not "great coverage" just a possibly fun gimmick lol
