    While I agree that Venusaur Mega and Xurkitree should be moved up from an unbiased standpoint I really don't think the rest NEED to go up. MAYBE Jirachi is really flexible and hard to predict dealing with the rest are really easy to deal with. People just need to look at the less obvious answers...
